How long does shipping take?

All orders ship out of our US-based warehouses within 1-2 business days of placing your order, and depending on where you live in the country, it should take about 2-3 additional days to arrive. As soon as your order ships we send a tracking code for you to watch.
Where do these ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our centrally-located, US-based warehouses for the shortest shipping times we can find.
Will these sensors work for both baseball and softball?

Yes! There is a sensor for baseball, and a separate one for softball due to the core differences in the nature of the swing. Please make sure to select your sport when checking out.
Do you offer refunds?

Yes, all products come with a 30 day return policy. Inventory must be in new condition when returning, and there will be a restocking fee applied to your order.
